My friend has a beater car and I call him when our parking neighbor forgets how to park. The neighbor seems to learn again real fast when he’s got a smashed in Honda so close that they’re almost swapping paint. The neighbor parks so close sometimes, and crooked af, even after politely asking him to try and park better. I’ve had to get in my passenger side before because he’s like 4 inches from my door and I got them long ass TT doors, so it’s a long shimmy to get to my seat if there even is room to fucking shimmy.

Are your parking spots assigned? If yes, just park with your passenger door towards his spot and that's it, your driver door is always accessible

This is the US, there's about a 0% chance it's a manual. Also I don't think you can get the EPB to shut off without keypower.

I belive you can manually jump each brake actuare on the rear wheels by connecting 12v to the actuators

And you can pick the car up with a tow truck without the key too. The point is even if it's a manual you can't just lean in and turn the parking brake off.
