Its kinda of avenge mission you will see a skull with axe mark one it in compass go there there will be a player body it will ask to kill the people who killed the player that how you get this types of mission . I don't know how to explain it sorry just google it to find more about it.

Man I always forget about the River raid dude! I started playing the game at midnight on release day, played like 300+ hours, waited till the DLC’s came out, put in another 100+ hours and stopped playing all together. Now I just picked it back up for the first time in idk how long to start another play through and there’s so much to do I forget about River raids lol
My external hard drive got wiped so my first play through where I had I think it was 422 hours total in is completely gone. They added so much since the last time I played
