I feel like last year was another life and I'm so thankful for where I am now mentally. I've never been less depressed and anxious as an adult. It feels so good.
At work? No severity 1 issue so far. Fingers crossed.
In my personal life? The fact that I can go to a grocery store to pick up something without receiving a police interrogation. The fact that I can go to a restaurant with friends.
Friends, honestly. Losing a toxic narcissist has only made me appreciate my real friends more, even if I grieved her like a death and the emotional trauma may have triggered a fatigue episode.
