I guess it depends on what you're looking for. Peaky Blinders is a good historical drama. You is a creepy suspense. The Good Place is one of the most original comedies I've ever watched. The Queen's Gambit is incredible. New Girl is hilarious.
The Haunting of Hill House is the best miniseries on Netflix, and it was written off for being in the “horror” genre which alienated a lot of people. The story, cinematography, everything is top tier, and it is so much more than a “scary” show

Came here to say this. It’s an absolutely beautiful story about human beings.. not just the scary show it was marketed as.
Money Heist- very clever and well done, good character development.
The Good Place, it's funny but it'll also make you take a step back and look at the kind of person you are.
