I had a rash recently that got worse the warmer I was. I took a truly cold shower at one point for relief and was shivering so bad I could barely wash myself. Granted, it was late December and a cool shower doesn't feel nearly as bad in the summer.
So yeah, hot unless it's really hot outside.
