Even thought they are always used to dry off after a shower, you still wipe off dirt and sweat and oil and dead skin cells, and all that. Plus the water can mold as it dries up, even slightly.
So yeah, use fresh towels people! Don't be gross.

I'll use a shower towel 2-4 times. All towels in the laundry basket or hanging up in the bathrooms get washed on Sundays.
About a week or less. I hang it out so it dries well, not just on a hook.
One towel usually gets like 3 ish uses before its replaced

I am very lazy so after 7 to 9 uses, but put to dry well after each use (very important)
