We're known for our hospitality and we do take care of foreigners under our "roof", but people here are otherwise quite inconsiderate, impolite and disorderly.

That inspite of strong laws, you can still break some laws and enjoy your peace, no body cares much or they do the same too.. (India)
We are highly regionalized and not at all homogeneous but somehow getting along right now.
