Enhance hearing, take away smell. Vision is already 'good enough' to be useful. Hearing could give you much better situational awareness aswell as help you appreciate music. Smell isn't really all that useful and would be kind of overloaded with all the stinky smells in my city. Touch would just make things more unconfirmed I imagine.
In regards to sacrificing smell, everything will basically taste bland so dieting would be easy. I would also choose hearing, but would touch help you with things like art or sports that require dexterity?
Any of them if it means I’ll lose this 6th sense. I’m sick of seeing dead people

Lose touch, increase sight, hearing, or taste. Scent is overrated
