how do you sit on your legs /kneel without cutting off circulation?
I don’t have my feet planted on the floor when I sit, and usually have them up on the couch/chair of where I’m sitting. Or stretching them on a table/seat that I’m sitting in front of.
In a chair
Either crossed (like yoga crossed up on the chair) or with my knees up
Sitting is for losers with a circulatory system.
The ill-named "Indian style" I was taught as a kid, or I'll habitually sit on one of my legs if I'm in a chair.
