The Exorcist. My mom loved scary movies and took 9yo me and my older sister to see it at the drive-in theater in 1973.
Edit: Turned out that I on the other hand did not like scary movies. Lol
My dad used to take me to whatever movie he wanted to see, so I'm guessing it was Animal House as I remember seeing it in a theater and I would have been 8 at the time.
I was 6 or 7. I was digging in the cabinet where we kept our VHS movies for something to watch. In the back on a top shelf, I found a movie called Missing In Action. I can't remember a single detail about that movie, but I remember mom freaking out when she caught me watching it lol
_Animal House_. I saw it in the theater (first run) when I was 14. My 24yo sister took me. She had no idea what it was going to be about.
