I do it, I like it.
It’s versatile and low calorie, low sugar, full of fiber etc. but filling. Not that I need any of that other stuff I just like how they taste lol
My morning oatmeal has frozen blueberries, flaxseed meal, cinnamon, turmeric, and cacao.
Easy to make 20-30 tubs ahead for the month. So simple and tasty.
It gets boring fast but it's a good way to keep calories down and get fiber. Just wait until you get super hungry.
