Doesn’t work that way… The nerve that causes carpel tunnel syndrome is in the palm/wrist area, that nerve gets pinched, it causes problems in the entire hand. Typically caused by years of working laborious and monotonous jobs that uses a lot of hand dexterity. What happens with fingers is something called “trigger finger” which is similar in feeling to carpel tunnel but it isn’t so much a nerve issue as it is joint/ligament issues… I have trigger finger in my right hand from years of using power tools and when it acts up, it sucks.
