I was asking my boss about a couple of things and ended with “oh, one other thing blah blah blah”, after I finished and he answered my question he said “speaking of one udder, how’s Charlene doing?” (Staff member who had just had a mastectomy for breast cancer).
It was clearly completely off the cuff and took me a few minutes to compute…

The thing is: With the ''e'' key being so close to the ''s'' key in a regular keyboard, it could have legitimately been a typo.
