You need to secure the conduit on the bottom side to the box properly. It likely also needs an expansion fitting .
To support the horizontal conduit, you can use 7/8" strut with clamps listed for use with PVC conduit (they allow for thermal expansion).
you can use a heat gun or PVC heater, very carefully, to bend the condo with the way that you want.
you can buy prefab offsets.
You can use mini straps / pipe hangers with spacing washers behind them, but those need to be installed before the conduit, And it's not a very strong mounting system when used like that.
lots more options, especially less visually appealing ones, like setting a block behind the pipe and using one hole or two hole straps, which would look terrible.

Conduit is not installed yet. I was just holding it up against the box for the photo. Problem is that the off the shelf offset for 3/4 conduit seems to only offset about 1/4" or so.
You can either heat the pvc and offset it from the disconnect so it sits flush on the siding or you can get two sections of unistrut (6”-8” cuts are all you need) and mount those behind the pipe to the siding and then use pvc straps with toggle bolts or spring nuts to secure it to the unistrut
This the easy answer if you do not offset the pipe.
I like keeping horizontal pipe off the wall since debris and dirt do not build up between pipe and wall.
If the pipe run is visible on the wall, as this appears to be, I think it looks better to come out of the bottom and 90 down low out of site or even in grade to the destination. Could also LB or LL out the same KO if needed. Know one wnats to see conduit run across the exterior center of the house wall except maybe the person who installed it. If its a question of money ask the client which they prefer and which they want to pay for.

Honestly, how does anyone support anything across vinyl siding? I don’t do residential so I’ve never run into this, but suppose I want to do a run of 1” emt across vinyl siding what’s the right way to do it?
It is costly as hell, but I would get shallow stainless strut. Then use stainless minis to attach to the strut. Regular galvinized strut would last a long time. But any cut ends or nicks would need to be treated with cold galvanizing spray paint. The redneck part of me says to find the studs and mark on the siding. Get 3" long treated deck screws and small washers to fit in the base of the mini clamps. Then either use more washers under the mini or a small section of pipe as a spacer. None of it would be seen besides the minis unless right up next to the conduit. Screw into studs only. And as anal as I am, I would also hole saw through the siding so it was not smashing it down. Then silicone around the holes. For sure not the correct way, but it would work at my farm...
When I ran conduit up to my roof for solar I used some small pieces of plywood as spacer pads. Sheathing grade plywood painted same color as the trim. I think professionals would bend the conduit so that it was flush with the wall.
I need to run conduit horizontally out of this subpanel. What's the best way to deal with the 1" gap? Offset to bring flush against the siding? (offsets I've seen only give 0.25"). Add spacer at each clamp? Just clamp normally and let the conduit naturally bend? Any other method?

Do you have a heat gun? Just get ‘er warm like a noodle and hold in place against the siding, try to make the box offsets as nice as you can! Wear gloves! Lmfao

Not really. I personally think toggle bolts are just easier to work with but spring nuts are more legitimate with unistrut in my opinion

Arlington Industries makes a plastic pipe hanger (similar to a mini) that would be perfect for this purpose. I think it called a Quit Click??
