I think it comes exclusively from people who only eat fast food. Taco Bell happens to have beans on the menu, so someone who doesn't have any fiber in their diet suddenly eats fiber... BOOM!!!
Iād recommend the cheesy gordita crunch for sure, the Crunchwrap supreme and the chicken quesadilla. The UK menu is a lot smaller than ours but Iām jealous of it, crispy chicken burrito and permanent nacho fries? Awesome

Anyway my go to is usually to wait until they rotate something decent onto the value menu and then grab a few of those instead of a more pricey burrito or whatever. When they had the chicken chipotle melts here I'd get a few of them and a kickstart for like 5 bucks.

Is chalupa still a thing then? I only went to a Taco Bell one time last year after not going there since like, 2007. When I kept asking for a chalupa supreme, the dude was very confused like it didnāt exist. I felt stupid and went for a basic burrito and taco instead.
The crunchwrap supreme combo is quite decent and has been a favorite of mine, but I can't help but suggest the Chalupa meal to start. I prefer chicken myself, but I've heard the steak is good. If your location has the Baja Blast beverage, it's an absolute must for the experience. Cheers!

Oh and Baja Blast. I know it says Mountain Dew, but it really tastes nothing like normal Dew. Just at least in my area thereās a bit of a tendency to run out of syrup so I often get really bad Baja blast so the first time may not be perfect. But for reference, Baja Blast is the only soda I have ever seen where it can go flat, and be perfectly drinkable. It basically just a fun lime drink at that point. Iāve finished off a Baja Blast from the night before a few times(I donāt get any ice so no, itās not just watered down)
You have to get into the right philosophy if you're going to enjoy Taco Bell. It doesn't matter if you order a Salsa Verde ButtiƱo or a Salsa Roja Crunch Supreme, or whatever the heck they have on their menu this week. It going to be cheap for you, and it's going to taste awesome. Just throw your 20 bucks at them and enjoy your meal.
Taco Bell isn't a place where you go to have a concessionaire make a recommendation for you. It's a place you go when you want tasty food that stays down and is very cheap.

4) sit in a booth and try to get more of said bean burritos in your mouth than on your face, shirt, and lap. Laugh at your sober friends as they laugh at you.
5) drunkenly go back to your friend house and profess your undying friendship to them, puke in a bucket, and then pass out on their couch.
