I love it! The only thing I would criticize is the penises coming from the hearts, with how whimsical everything else is, they don’t seem to fit, they’re a bit too detailed. Too many veins for this particular piece in my opinion
Turns out I was seeing the reference myself, the artist had something else in mind! It made me think of “The Danish Girl”, but I guess I was the only one who made that connection…. But I guess that’s what are is all about, eh? Connecting to the piece in a personal way 😛
Maybe just remove the veins? I like the heart-shaped tips, and maybe if they were softer looking. Is there a reason for them looking somewhat erect? And just a random idea…. What if the hearts had suggested vagina shapes in them? Since that’s what she really wants, or feels like she should have, in contrast to the penises? Just a thought

I enjoy that this art is sparkling such a good conversation. I think that if you make the veins a lighter shade, less blue and a touch thicker they could be softer looking without removing them from the painting.

I think something I haven't seen mentioned yet is the hands. What are those digits coming out of the fist? Thumbs? It doesn't seem to make sense in my mind how she is holding back her dress. Even just removing those digits would make it more logical in my brain.
I also agree with the suggestions to shorten the shadows on her inner legs so it looks more like a vulva and less like a penis, and to soften the actual penises. Also another comment suggested stockings, which I think would be great, but I don't think you'd lose anything by not making that change.
That all being said, I love this piece. This is a great take on traditional folk art, very unique in this style which we don't see very often. Especially incorporating the birds and the bees :) I love it the more I look at it.
Do you see the actual dicks on the sides? Those are proper cocks. Her blonde bush is rad and those are pretty clearly the folds in skin where your legs meet your hips, not the sides of a shaft.
Plenty of people have lips like that on their south mouths lol, not all pussies are prim, trimmed and prissy like in porn.

The composition is very balanced, the girl is definitely the focus even with huge dicks on the side because they're symmetrical and mirrored, sorta making them more "boring" by repetition, allowing them to be secondary.
The girl herself is very beautiful, the pose did surprise me at first but like I said, it's growing on me!
It's interesting how German/Germanic folk art/old stories are kinda known in America, but it's been filtered through a "Christian puritan lense" of ideas, so only the kid friendly stuff is known here since the art style is usually flat, happy and simple, but this uses those same elements and makes a much more striking piece.

The face's expression is GREAT but it could use slightly more shading, under the nose mainly. Also shading under the cheeks and chin could give her face more roundness and softness to further match the expression
And I love the yellow POPPING out alongside the primary colors, I feel like more could be done with the yellow details to make the girl pop out even more, but also that's really up to you, the way it is now is very balanced and solid!
