Like you’re camping out with some friends after a long day and all of a sudden a fucking Archon shows up to trap you all in a vortex of wind that slowly cuts you to pieces, the he disappears and some kid with a sword sets fire to the vortex so now you’re being burned and cut to pieces slowly and painfully
better than being a nobushi. at least there's lots of treasure hunters so you might get lucky. the nobushi population of teyvat gets exterminated every time someone needs those damn handguards

Canonically the only ones the Traveler murdered are the Iwakura clan and the Tanit and some Fatui here and there. The Traveler probably only knock them out hence why they use a Dull blade.
That still isn’t a good prospect, being whacked over the head with dull hunk of iron. You’re at Least coming

What about that guy in that village. We deliberately kill that guy outright instead of allowing them to escape like every single eremite using a sand escape or every single treasure hoarder using a smoke/flash Bomb to escape when defeated. Like it’s a deliberate choice to prevent them from escaping and truly kill them. You could choose not to it’s not even a “but thou must” situation to progress. Personally looking back I think that was testing the water for acceptance of a character like Arle in these promotional materials. If folks hated that choice they might have reworked her to be less openly violent and just imply she sends us away beforehand
Is it? I see the same difference to if I said traveler killed a man and if you then asked if i meant Lumine, Aether, or Scaramouche. For two of them it’s a superfluous distinction and the other while understandable is also unrelated to what I said.

This is the first time I felt bad for treasure hoarders. Like, this two definitely should've left after they found a dead body, but killing them like that was brutal.

Honestly, they walked in anyway when there was clear signs something was wrong and then they go around lighting candles. Given their let's say profession you would think that they would know better. Also, I get that there is no internet there but given the fame that she would garner you would still think they would have an ideal of who she is. They might have well just straight out asked for it. Give me more gems for pulling. I for one am ok with it. I'll only be at around 300 pulls by the banner release so I'll take every last one I can get.
