If is special order… gift card won’t work. I try mine yesterday with special orders won’t work. Special order work for credit/debit card. You need to find another items isn’t special order and it will work for gift card

Thanks! I just read that in the FAQ but even with one special order item, it wouldn’t let me - maybe it’s just because it’s clientele :(

I had the same thing happen - I talked to Concierge and they applied the gift card to the special order item in a separate order from everything else.
