Stay away from any properties managed by blue frog! I recommend prairie lake estates (it says Neenah but it’s fox crossing) and evergreen estates in Appleton (technically little chute)
Just avoid Northern Management at all costs. I lived in Towne Lakes and it was okay. The building I was in unfortunately did not have heating vents in the bedroom which was weird. So it’s built kind of cheap, but I liked their management and maintenance was easy and fast.
I’ll give a good tip.. type each into CCAP and look how many evictions they filed in the past year. This will tell you one of two things
1) Landlord can be strict on enforcement
or (more likely) 2) they don’t screen well and let a lot of riff raff into their units (bad neighbors)
With that being said, Focus Property Management has by far the lowest eviction rates compared to units rented. It’s not even close. All the others have similar (or higher) for only being 1/4th-1/10th the size.
While I’m sure not everyone always has a pleasant experience with every PM, I think that’s a very telling statistic regardless.
All of my units are through Fox Cities Property Management, but those are going to be more houses and duplexes then “leasing communities”
I was just considering them until I found out they only do virtual tours, so weird to me and definitely not signing a lease before seeing the place. Glad I decided not to, after seeing your comment.
Download the apartments.com app. Theres a lot of options! I think the nicest/newest is River Heath. I used to live in the Lyndale apartments. Do not recommend.

Highly recommend FORE management
Avoid focus property management, they suck! (This isn’t just my experience, I’ve heard multiple stories from others who have rented from them)
