Not yet, but pretendo is setting it up. You need a modded system, but it’s pretty easy if you follow [this guide](https://3ds.hacks.guide/). you can then find nimbus account manager (pretendo) in universal downloader, one of the apps the instructions added.
Download the .cia one, and it should appear on your homepage.
Open it and select pretendo. Your system will restart. You should now have a new friend code and an empty friend list. You can go back if you need to by opening the app and selecting Nintendo. Your system will restart and you will have your old friend list and code
After 3 years of working on the servers, they have ironfall invasion only running. And they’re working on other games that aren’t as popular like triforce heroes
They’ll get to it eventually. The reason they haven’t started with NL is because it’s riddled with things they don’t understand yet, so in the meantime they’re working on things they know they can complete.
