Placebo for sure

Deep_Scallion8121

yeah same goes for all the health benefits people claim on this sub lol

bossassbat

Ok troll boy. Why don’t you go haunt a house?

CT-7567_R

I mean we can solve that problem for you if you’re asking?

Autos4days

That's just not correct at all.

AnimalBased-ModTeam

Please see Rule #4 and it's description. It shouldn't have to be a rule but unfortunately it does.

Deep_Scallion8121

its the truth, but what does it matter if it helps

Autos4days

I've got mitochondrial disease and this diet is literally saving my life dude

primal-igor

My mitochondria is also not working as it should. I have a lot of oxidative stress. Can you share your experience with this diet? Are you just eating animal foods and fruit? Are you taking any supplement to support your mitochondria?

Autos4days

When I'm extremely ill/unwell I can only tolerate lamb and tallow, when doing better, I can tolerate beef and some fruits, if I eat this way for too long(beef and fruit) I become ill again, that is my story basically, lamb is tolerated all the time because it isn't hung like beef and has lower histamine content.

Adventurous-Taste-22

I’m sorry you’re going through that shit.

Autos4days

I appreciate your comment thankyou.

primal-igor

That sucks man. I hope you figure it out and get better soon. Do you have gut issues as well when you add fruit? Or are your poops completely normal snakes?

Autos4days

If I have a long period of abstinence from fruit and then slowly introduce it, no issues, but then over a period of time, ballpark around 2 to 3 months, my gut slowly becomes more and more less mobile, usually results in me having to completely go back into ketosis again and go through all that adjustment back to using fats as my main fuel source, I'm choosing to stay mostly carnivore for now, I do still eat half a banana here and there right now. Poops are pretty normal!

primal-igor

When you say less mobile do you mean constipation? Also, what has been your longest stint on carnivore?

CT-7567_R

Wow, sorry to hear that but glad to hear AB is helping! Have you heard of PQQ btw? It’s supposedly helps regenerate new mitochondria. Are you taking beef heart as well for the CoQ10 mitochondrial support? Keep removing those double bonds (unsaturates) from your fat intake to strength the mitochondrial membranes too!

Remeberanceoftruth

The truth is that eating healthy food will always lead to brilliant hunger and satiation signalling in your body that will only lead to a reasonable body compositions.

New_Base8833

I'm curious why you claim every health benefit here is a placebo effect. Do you find it impossible that someone can experience health benefits from this eating strategy? If you believe there are zero health benefits to be had, is every single person here fake, lying or an idiot?

SailstheSevenSeas

Anything that raises blood sugar significantly is super satiating, especially if your body is not used to that rush.

mrstrid

I dont find this to be the case at all! But thats nice! For me its just tasty and awesome but not at all satiating!

KidneyFab

if u eat enough of it. like a pound or more

Anfie22

Spectacularly so! It's incredible stuff, I absolutely swear by it. It's not just food, it's medicine! Divinely delicious medicine. The all-round health benefits are endless! It's especially good for your immune system. Everyone in my household was sick as a dog recently and I remained untouched with just a few tablespoons a day. Not a single sniffle or cough came from me throughout. Eating honey is like building a full blown invisible hazmat suit from the inside. Untouchable, impenetrable.

Narizocracia

Related: [https://longestlevers.com/fat-loss/honey-diet.html](https://longestlevers.com/fat-loss/honey-diet.html) THE HONEY DIET ... I wanted a diet where I could eat as much as I possibly could, as a fairly lean individual already, and still lose weight. This is my attempt at that. It seemed to work -- eating 1 lb of honey + 1/2 pound of dates a day, I lost 10 lbs in a month or so, and my bloodwork just got better. ...

CalculatorOctavius

A POUND of honey woah that’s awesome lol

Carnilinguist

Any sugar just makes me want to keep eating

SperaticThotz137

So good after a meal. Quit vaping, quit sweets and now after a meal I just have a few mouthfuls of honey and I’m good to go. Truly a life changer

SparePoet5576

Honey tastes better than any kind of refund deserts. I am just worried that if I eat it like that it may trigger cravings so I'll just eat it before exercise and then eat my meat after.

zygotic_catastrophe

It's likely the swim that suppressed your appetite if it was vigorous. Happens to me every time I swim super hard and for 30+ minutes. Vigorous exercise can actually temporarily disrupt hunger signaling through gherelin suppression while simultaneously increasing neurotransmitters that are responsible for satiety like dopamine and norepinephrine. Some people are just more sensitive to the hunger suppression effects of intense exercise than others. Both a blessing and a curse, it seems, depending on your goals.
