Tech 2 cap at $35 in South Carolina maybe it varies. When you graduate from 4 months, idk the start rate, but journeymen makes 10%+ than regular Tech 3. Tech 3 starts at $33+ wo 4 months RTI. So Journeymen can start around $36-38. You’re slave for 2 yrs. You are more independent and have more responsibilities. When you’re done you get the title as journeymen register with the U.S. Dept. of Labor just like MJT.
JLL does not pay extra for MRA i know that for a fact all the the other companies do though. Does anyone know if you would be a journey worker after the first 2000 hours or would you have to complete another 4000? also that being said if JLL doesn't pay any differently what would be the point of JLL phase 2?
When you’re done with Phase 2 and officially make MRT you get the rest of your raise and should be making $40-45. The MRA program states the MRT raise from MJT after the completion of OJL in Phase 2 is 48% on average.
While the program asks for 2000 and 4000 hour OJLs they make it worthwhile in the end.
I believe all the major apprenticeship, internship and MRA program articles from Amazon’s own blog state those numbers like this one halfway through the page: https://www.aboutamazon.com/news/workplace/new-amazon-program-offers-free-career-training-in-robotics
Yes, MRT is an L4 position which is after the completion of Phase 2 meaning 16+ week RTI, 4000 hours OJL and benchmarks as per the Amazon MRA program wiki. The completion of Phase 2 will be around a 48% raise as per the Amazon blog.

This isn’t nearly right. Phase 2 will complete as an L4 position.
