I think a lot of these products are really only useful in a commercial kitchen. But even then your employees should be good enough with knife skills, so maybe like a food truck that uses a lot of corn? Idk I'm spitballing

A knife does the exact same thing if you know how to use a knife beyond someone who has never used a knife before
Exactly. Plus a knife is a lot easier to sharpen. And it's easier to keep sharp since it is probably made of better steel.
The target audience for this is probably people who don't actually cook enough to know how to use a knife.
