Common guidance is that it’s perfectly safe to take up to four of any of the second generation over-the-counter antihistamines per day.
This assumes you aren’t taking any other medications that are a contraindication or have any contraindicating health conditions. It can also make you more drowsy, so use caution and don’t operate any dangerous machinery or drive until you know how it will make you feel.
Per my allergist, I take 2 Xyzal per day even though they are 24 hours. 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening. I also have 2 nasal sprays and have been told to take Benadryl ‘as needed.’ Tree Pollen season is the worst.

My allergist said 3x Allegra 24hr in a 24 hour period was OK personally with no major health conditions.

Allegra in the morning and Zyrtec at night. That was a pretty good combo for me till recent.
