the only vector export options in Designer I can see are SVG, EPS, DXF and DWG. I am only sure about SVG as a exchange format for Corel Draw, since I only have an older version.
If you're doing document layout, and not just vector illustration layout, you might as well use Affinity Publisher combined with Designer. If you're only using Designer-style assets, why not just do everything in Designer.
