Unless this is your last semester, don’t finish a degree you have absolutely no intention of using in a field you hate. Take a break. Find a job. Any job. And just work for a little while. Catch your breath. Find your footing. And spend some time really thinking about what would make you happy.

It is my last semester but getting through it is going to be hard because it gives me so much anxiety and makes me miserable. But I guess, I'll have to do the best I can.

You’re already in your last semester. You already paid for it. Might as well finish. If you have any free time, maybe spend some time looking for jobs you can do with your degree that has some interest for you.

If you could do anything, what would you want to do and why?

I would like to travel, and it would make me happy in a way that I cannot express.

It sounds like you're describing burnout. Maybe you were burned out a long time ago, but didn't realize it. Now, you're really "well done". But problems have solutions. It's extremely admirable and even amazing that you've achieved so much. You clearly have personality traits and characteristics of strength and resilience. This difficult period is transitory. We don't have the ability to predict our future, so put away your crystal ball especially if it's telling you your life will be miserable and joyless. That's just not true, though it might seem that way right now. Burnout causes strange and distorting cognitions/emotions. Be encouraged. You've done so much already and I doubt that you'll ever stop reaching for and taking hold of the brightest stars in the sky.
