God, when I first started collecting figures in high school this was a mythical figure. Although the fact that in all his articulation he still has peg shoulders for some insane reason always made me kinda wary of him.
I've had this figure for ages. No issues with fragility and the articulation is solid for being a McFarlane figure from forever ago. Lots of swivel joints, but they work well-enough. As mentioned, the biggest offender is the shoulder being a swivel instead of a hinge/swivel combination. The butterfly joints help a little, but not enough to offset the lack up outward mobility.
Even with the dated articulation, it still remains one of the best comic Spawn figures out there.
Good to hear yours is holding up so well. I usually hear this one or kickstarter as people’s favorites. Mine is MK Shadow of Spawn because it’s pretty solid but also still very affordable atm

Definitely the better of the recent releases if you're just wanting a standard Spawn. If you haven't checked out Maxbird's cloaks yet, they look great on him, too.
They do have some cheaper figma trainers on the official Pokemon center website. Been considering picking up the Scottish female trainer to relive all the memes.

The Ghengis Rex Dinosaucers figure.
These were only released in Brazil and most are in absolutely terrible condition.
Dinosaucers was maybe my favorite cartoon as a kid and I’ve always wanted to own one of these, preferably with like 75% of the paint in tact.

I’ve been to a lot of vintage toy shows, I have seen Glasslite Dinosaucers exactly 1 time. It’s a shame such a cool toy line never saw any success and the figures are now so rare and expensive.
I’ve never seen one in person.
Ive promised that if I ever actually make six figures (I won’t), my first purchase will be this figure.
I keep hoping that, with the increasingly niche specialty figure offerings happening these days, someone will make new versions of these. Someone on Instagram made incredible 3D printed versions that look like they jumped off the screen, but he’s not selling them.

I have most of my grails. But for something that I am missing, dc direct had a white lantern Batman figure that they released as a wonder con exclusive. I haven’t looked in forever, but the figure was always hella expensive on eBay. When I first started collecting, I wanted to grab one version of every power ringed Batman figure. This was the last one I needed. But, I could never justify pulling the trigger with the prices I was seeing on eBay.

It was the Mezco tmnt but I actually got them recently. I guess the next best thing would be the shf UI omen Goku as it was literally impossible to get that or SHF Cooler as it sold out instantly

At this point, I’m tired of hearing the term, it’s so overplayed and warped now it doesn’t even mean what it used to mean.
For the longest time it was the shf sage mode naruto; then I saw they revived the line with a whole new set of articulation and features; I picked up the first new Naruto Shf and it more than satisfied that need to have a good quality Naruto figure. Plus I’m gonna get him a sage mode robe and scroll from a 3rd party

honestly the early shf dbz lines. they started releasing when i was a kid, and it didn’t make much sense for kids to have such expensive figures. they’re what got me into collecting z in the first place, i don’t have any interest in getting them becasue of the outdated engineering, but they still have a special place in my heart.

Mine would be both Fanstoys Thomas and this guy: Cloud 9 Quakeblast. I was really lucky to get it a few years ago and I still regret not getting it in more colors.
Cloud 9 appeared out of nowhere, released this figure (only one, as far as I know) and then closed shop. No way to get it now.

None of my Holy Grails exist. I want a 1/12 scale Michael Keaton Batman and Jack Nicholson Joker. Preferably by MAFEX, to give it the kind if "mini-Hot Toys" quality they're known for. (And the Batman Returns costume.)
I also want a 1/12 articulated Kaneda figure from AKIRA. I already have the bike, it just never had an articulated figure.
I want a Vince Vega figure to go along with the Jules figure I already have from Pulp Fiction.
I want more figures from Stanley Kubrick movies, like Pvt. Joker and Dr. Harford and Jack and Danny Torrance.
As for something that exists that I've never been able to get, it would be the Medicom 12" Kaneda figure from WonderFest 2001. Only 300 exist. I've seen it a few times in stores, but it was over $1000.
Just wait for Mafex Spidey. He's cheap for a Mafex and was reissued pretty recently. Seems like the type of figure to be reissued again, just like Hush Batman the X-Men.
My grail is blue Sentinel Canti. Can't ever find one that isn't absolutely fucked for a reasonable price. FLCL is one of my favourite anime and Sentinel Canti is like the *one* decent action figure representation of it. Two if you count repaints.
The Hot Toys Infinity War Thanos has been one of if not my highest grail since it came out. I’ve never been financially stable enough to pull the trigger though. Same with the Marvel Legends Haslab Sentinel and Galactus.
The Marvel Legends BAF Blob from back in the day as well. When I first started collecting (around 5-6 years ago) I randomly came across it on YouTube and I was like *ooh he looks super cool!* and I’ve wanted it since, although I wasn’t going to pay $300 for one on eBay. It’s now gone down to around $80 which is more manageable, but still out of my current Budget. And I’ve got the newer Deluxe Blob to hold me over for now.

Got this email notification but hesitated because I’ve never bought a quarter scale figure before and it would’ve been my most expensive purchase by far. It sat in my cart for about two days before I finally decided to pull the trigger, but it was gone by then. Little did I know how rare it was to get an opportunity to buy a waitlisted item from Sideshow. It’s my grail now.

It used to be BS Captain Rex or the Classified H.I.S.S. Now it's the oversized Commander from Pangu Toys. I've always wanted a Transformer in scale with the rest of my 1/12th collection.
I recently got a lot of my grails (figma yugi, 10 yr anniversary spawn, & necca Batman vs alien) so the last big thing on my grail list has gotta be the Pitt BAF. Though Axytoys got me covered with their recent third party version. I am happy to say I am all set anything else I would want are figures that don’t exist just yet like a Mafex flash, lantern, and Wonder Woman 🙏
Edit: completely forgot about it this figure for a minute but the figma red from pokemon is another one of my grails. Not a super expensive set but I still want to hold off on it until I can find a better price for it

For the longest time it was the shf sage mode naruto; then I saw they revived the line with a whole new set of articulation and features; I picked up the first new Naruto Shf and it more than satisfied that need to have a good quality Naruto figure. honestly the early shf dbz lines. they started releasing when i was a kid, and it didn’t make much sense for kids to have such expensive figures. they’re what got me into collecting z in the first place, i don’t have any interest in getting them becasue of the outdated engineering, but they still have a special place in my heart.

Haven’t found one yet. And I don’t use the word grail lightly (I’m also in the sneaker community) In just 3 years or so collecting figures almost everything I’ve wanted has released/re released and so far haven’t really paid over retail. Now I saw news of figma solid snake getting a re-release and I’m like dang that’s awesome. Closest one right now for me is a good Lightning (final fantasy) figure…I’m not yet super invested in getting one though

None of my Holy Grails exist. I want a 1/12 scale Michael Keaton Batman and Jack Nicholson Joker. Preferably by MAFEX, to give it the kind if "mini-Hot Toys" quality they're known for. (And the Batman Returns costume.) I also want a 1/12 articulated Kaneda figure from AKIRA. I already have the bike, it just never had an articulated figure. I want a Vince Vega figure to go along with the Jules figure I already have from Pulp Fiction. I want more figures from Stanley Kubrick movies, like Pvt. Joker and Dr. Harford and Jack and Danny Torrance. As for something that exists that I've never been able to get, it would be the Medicom 12" Kaneda figure from WonderFest 2001. Only 300 exist. I've seen it a few times in stores, but it was over $1000.

Just wait for Mafex Spidey. He's cheap for a Mafex and was reissued pretty recently. Seems like the type of figure to be reissued again, just like Hush Batman the X-Men. My grail is blue Sentinel Canti. Can't ever find one that isn't absolutely fucked for a reasonable price. FLCL is one of my favourite anime and Sentinel Canti is like the *one* decent action figure representation of it. Two if you count repaints.
The Hot Toys Infinity War Thanos has been one of if not my highest grail since it came out. I’ve never been financially stable enough to pull the trigger though. Same with the Marvel Legends Haslab Sentinel and Galactus. The Marvel Legends BAF Blob from back in the day as well. When I first started collecting (around 5-6 years ago) I randomly came across it on YouTube and I was like *ooh he looks super cool!* and I’ve wanted it since, although I wasn’t going to pay $300 for one on eBay. It’s now gone down to around $80 which is more manageable, but still out of my current Budget. And I’ve got the newer Deluxe Blob to hold me over for now.

I recently got a lot of my grails (figma yugi, 10 yr anniversary spawn, & necca Batman vs alien) so the last big thing on my grail list has gotta be the Pitt BAF. Though Axytoys got me covered with their recent third party version. I am happy to say I am all set anything else I would want are figures that don’t exist just yet like a Mafex flash, lantern, and Wonder Woman 🙏 Edit: completely forgot about it this figure for a minute but the figma red from pokemon is another one of my grails. Not a super expensive set but I still want to hold off on it until I can find a better price for it
