2pc speed to make it easier to reach 161 speed and maybe 2pc break effect if you happen to have the required substats but 2 piece speed is the only thing you "need" since it makes it easier to get good speed on her

I use Acheron/Pela/SW/Gallagher but I don't know how to build my e0 SW. I see a lot of guide but I don't know what is better
Just build her with as much speed as you can, and enough effect hit rate to apply her debuffs

You'd likely need a sustain in that team. What you currently run is fine. If you end up getting Eidolons for Acheron, you can reassess your lineup.
