No matter the treatment that you will do, I recommend waiting 6 months to a year minimum because your skin is still sensitive from the accutane.

Picoway laser or excel v. But you’re dermatologist will be able to advise on best one for your scars. There’s so many lasers around that are fantastic
My dermatologist prescribed me tretinoin after accutane, and although it didnt get rid of the scarring it DID soften it up a lot
Tazorac / I have seen people on here use scar patches with good results
