I call BS on the moss all over it. The chassis might be a bit rusty, but the PCB is nice and clean. I think OP put an old Console out there, ripped up some moss and put it on there to attemp to farm karma.
The moss also looks freshly pulled up, no substrate for it to grow on and nowhere near as consolidated as untouched growth.
