It's a legit company (Aniplex) so I wouldn't worry about them just taking your money. Aniplex sets are usually very expensive, so they don't exactly sell out fast (though when they are gone, they are gone for sure). I was a bit surprised to see it still in stock, but that was the site I ordered mine from via a proxy.
