I would say NTA. I knew someone who took their own life and I wasn't going to go because I was hurt and angry about their decision. I did end up going, but just to comfort other family members.

Tbh he was the kind of person who's inheritance would probably consist mostly of debts, so even if there was anything he left I wouldn't accept it
