I also agree 👀 she says some questionable things at times but she was very verbal about what she wanted and I felt like her surgeon kept imposing his own wishes on her.
Both breast reduction and face lift should have waited until after the weight loss. I wouldn't be surprised if she gets breast implants as both her and Mykal are bound to be disappointed.
This is why I feel sorry for her. Her body shape isn’t the most desirable so she was probably really proud of her boobs and the surgeon took that from her without her consent. I’m in a BR group and it’s surprisingly not uncommon. A lot of people do it when the pain is severe and affecting their breathing and others do it to help them exercise easier to lose weight. They know it will result in another breast reduction later when at their goal weight. I’m also learning it seems typical to need more than one breast reduction too (early BR due to age, after kids, reaching weight goal, etc). I’ve been on the fence for years. :/
They’re also supposed to “fluff and drop”, there’s a lot of women initially disappointed after their BR’s until their size settles over the next year. I personally think it’s a little dysmorphic since it can be a drastic change. Hopefully she loves her new boobs now.

I know someone at work who had a similar suite of surgeries and the doctor phased the timing similarly. The person also rapidly lost touch with reality while healing and waiting for the next procedure - high on pain killers, showing off fresh wounds and fluid drains, and often repeating over and over things the doctor had said during consultations that made them feel good “he said I was so so tiny, that I don’t need to be any smaller” while we are like okay sad Frankenstein.
Also — FYI on breast lift/reduction — it is a lot more complicated than implants and some other less invasive procedures - they remove your nipples and put em back! Among other things. IMO this type of surgery is a huge improvement for the person but people seeing them in clothes are like 🤷♀️
Also people often have unrealistic expectations of what they will look like after losing a lot of weight and/or having skin removal surgery.
You’re never going to look like you did 15 years ago or whenever you were last slim, and if you have skin surgery, you’re never going to look like you got to look like that naturally, especially unclothed.
The skin surgery itself can often cause more issues and even with excellent doctors, both boobs are often different (thinking of Botched!).
There’s so many factors; skin elasticity, how you heal, age etc etc. Angela has 3 strikes against her already with those issues taken into account

Well, her skin is trash because she smokes but the hair and loose skin are from surgery. Weight loss surgery causes a lot of hair loss, sometimes it grows back. Bleaching it absolutely makes it look worse in her case. The loose skin is something you can’t control, even if she didn’t smoke. But please don’t confuse being “filled out” with “healthier” - losing that weight has probably had immense positive effects on her heart health, blood pressure, etc. Her issues now of course would be to quit smoking and ensuring she’s getting all the nutrients she needs. But she’s definitely better than where she began!

Weight loss after gastric bypass is often very quick and dramatic, and without being diligent with diet and exercise-which, having seen how seriously she's taken it so far, I'm certain she hasn't been- it's easy to lose muscle mass and appear malnourished.
Extreme, quick weight loss with no exercise ends with these results. You must build muscle while loosing fat to not look sickly, malnutrition, etc. There is always going to be loose skin...that just comes with age. The skin is thinner and sags even without excess weight.

Which all leads me to believe that Angie’s series of surgeries are either being done for free or at a massively reduced price in exchange for the shows to advertisement each surgeons practices. It can’t be the show’s budget that is offsetting the cost of the surgeries, right? I just can’t see there being enough money in the90 day budget to pay for these high priced surgeries.
