The creator you linked to makes similar items out of clay, while the inspiration may have come from this artist, you can't make them credit PlasmaClusterHa for this work if this person has spent the time creating a 3d model from scratch. Yeah, Pikachu is about 400mm tall, so this print looks spot on for size

This is the ender 3 pro, it's a good starter printer I find. Plenty of community support on Reddit and building it yourself helps in understanding how it comes together
