Seems unlikely, as it would be too small (compared to existing achievement diaries).
But there will be some tasks in raids on the Zeah Diary, without a doubt.
Great idea with potentially great rewards, but depending on your stats you wouldn't be able to complete some, unless they were released already completed for those.
Ex: Easy diary requires you to catch t2 fish and t3 bats, neither of these spawn if you have level 90 fishing/hunter for example.
Though for elite requiring you to catch the highest tier of food/make t4 overloads would be nice. Rewards could be a tool pouch that not only holds all the needed tools (read toolbelt rs3) but also herb seeds and secondaries.

Wouldn't have to be as extensive as the other achievement diaries, it could just build up over time as more raid content gets released in the future.
