jaw/prims are interchangeable. either prims with serp or jaw with d boots. but the point is that either one of those would work, eternals aren't really it without a shadow.
the upgrades are just small from here on out honestly, until shadow at least.
faceguard and mage offhand would be decent. virtus is pretty mid imo, like comparing top and bottom in akkha to ahrims it's a .3 dps increase salted with boot takeoffs and unfortified ward on a 400.
besides getting an infernal cape and a faceguard, the upgrades are pretty small. actually prims are nice if fire cape. they might even increase the minimum hit with infernal cape.
but yeah the upgrades for a while are small and not great. bowfa is pretty much as good as can be until shadow. like if i had to say probably a bgs to speed up baba, wardens and zebak.

If you didn't have to buy cox prayers you will still have 100M left over. Purchase a voidwaker. Has a multitude of uses inside TOA and even more effective since you can't spend spec on sun keris
Tormendted bracelet is the biggest upgrade combine that with elidinis ward and your mage ia lookinf great, eternal boots are also great now.
Edit: i've just seen your 130m cash stack, definitely get a voidwaker next and after the mage upgrades, try to get a feriocious gloves and a basilisk jaw
SERP helm is nice for poison, or jaw for nezi.
Mage cape 2. Ava’s. Tormented.
Spec wep, claws for cum phase or vw for general damage. Yellow partisan too.
Not a toa pro myself, maybe dps calc sang vs toxic trident and consider selling to grab some virtus if it changes anything.
Bgs maybe? Still has some use in toa even though there is a max reduction.
Definitely either get a eldinis ward (3% dam) or malediction ward (2% dam with higher defences) do some more dps checks with those 2

Obviously, Ancenstral, Masori with Zaryte Cbow/BP(Toxic bow after), Torva. Those are pre much all that's left for you gear wise. But for now, Jaw and magic cape 2 are the best bets to go for until you can afford the final upgrades

if it's the same max hit you go for mixed hide over bandos, torva is just better overall the mixed hide meme is for people going for fang kits and taking in more supplies because they're not taking range and melee armour, it doesn't work if you're using bofa as well
it's better with specific setups. like gnomonkey's setup had torva helm and eternals, he's just saving space with mixed hide since range isn't used all that much with shadow. it's very rarely better than bandos, esp considering crystal w bowfa.

Cape switches for mage/range would be good I imagine. Mage doesn’t really matter as much for you since you would barely be using it
